Top things we heard from Sales Leaders

  • Sales leaders predict an influx of information that will potentially overwhelm their sales teams. They are turning to AI to simplify the process of inputting deal data and conversations into the CRM regardless of frequency or communication platform chosen by clients.
  • Sales leaders are observing that customer service AI is delivering increasingly human-like experiences. They envision similar technology amplifying the reach and capabilities of their sales teams during prospecting and retention efforts.

Top things we heard from Individual Contributors

  • Today, prospecting is frequently done manually internally or by outsourcing to third parties. ICs want AI to take care of these time-consuming and costly processes, and they are actively looking for impressive AI solutions to adopt.
  • ICs want AI to help them sell to a wider client base, as it can become a universal translator. It will allow teams to write sales messages in English and automatically, yet appropriately, translate to any language for effective selling.
